WARRNTY

 

Our installations services entitle our customers to one year free maintenance and follows up service. In order to ensure your legitimate right, please read the warranty information carefully. 

 

1. AFTER SALES SERVICE WARRANTY

Any products purchased from us are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use within one year. If the malfunction or failure is a result of defects covered by this warranty, we at its option, repair the appliance free of cost. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser, and is not transferable. It does not cover damage resulting from service by persons other than those authorized by us. 

 

NON - WARRANTY INFORMATION

 

The purchaser will pay for the service due to the following conditions

 

  •  The device is used over one year.

  •  Purchaser does not have purchase/warrantee receipt.

  •  Damage caused by voltage fluctuation, fire, water, lighting, accident or tempering.

  •  Damage caused by inappropriate use, negligent operation or abuse.

  •  Damage caused by disassembling or repairing, not done by our authorized technician.

  •  Damage caused by wrong usage or wrong storage. .

  •  The fault in software caused by the virus, computer formatting.

 

2. AFTER INSTALATIONS MAINTENANCE WARRANTY

 

We believe in quick after sale service. Late in service means a lapse in security. Our installations services also carry warrantee which is optional, because the cost of installations warrantee is either included or excluded at the time of installations contract signatories. 

 

After Installations Maintenance is professionally called Annual Contract Maintenance (ACM), the ACM is renewable yearly. At the end of expiration of the guarantee period, we undertake all of our equipment for annual maintenance contract and our engineers are dedicated to provide maximum outcome in minimum cost.

 

Annual Maintenance Contracts outlining regular check-ups and routine work to regulate the performance and quality output make up the core area of our field services division. The AMC will comprise of the following services:

 

  •  Trouble shooting of installed system 

  •  Time to time upgrade due to ever changing software platform in the international environment.

  •  Maintenance and repairs of installed system.

  •  Parameters checks like temperature, current circulations, and voltage monitoring, and cleaning pressure.

  •  Preparing maintenance schedule for quarterly or annually.

  •  Planning & execution for annual shut down.

  •  Emergency services during any break down.

  •  Expert services for non- performing Installed systems.

 

Our AMC do not cover installed system under the following conditions: Under these conditions, the customers will be made to bear only the cost of replacement (if replacement is needed), and we will be responsible for the reinstallations and integration, thereby satisfying our customers, and same time minimizing cost on our side. This is called: WIN-WIN situation.
